My first time.
I've spent most of my life either creating, fixing, marketing, and selling software. In all these years, nothing has really changed. We still treat our customers like the enemy.
Is it too much to treat our customers like partners, and share the truth with them? I'd rather have them get the facts from me then learn it on the street so to speak.
I'll try to make this an entertaining space for everybody, even customers.
